9. Closing the Door (The Conclusion)
Part Two of our Nine Movement Form. In this lesson, we're going to learn the 1st move, called Commencing - aka "Opening the Door." It's how you Begin your Tai Chi routine. You'll also learn the 2nd movement, Repulsing the Monkey. ​

​Myth About #1  " Tai Chi " is " for oldies ". false... just because this is the one martial art that contains some " slow " moves does not make it exclusive to people advanced age.
