​Mondays
Tai Chi for Health: Mondays 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM   $5.00         Click Here to Sign Up
​​Tai Chi for H.E.R.O.E.S. (Health, Energy, Relationships, Optimism, Empowerment, & Spirit.) No limitations on age, experience, ability or mobility. Everyone is welcome. This class is the absolute best starting place for tai chi beginners who just want to experience the moves and the deep feeling of tai chi for the first time without the stress of memorizing a form. Just follow along.  

Yoga Stretch with Jess: Mondays 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM $8.00         Click Here to Sign Up
​Jessica Eddins Instructor: This class will be a creative flow that will focus on a theme and incorporate a peak pose. Students will be offered different variations of poses and the sequences will build on to one another in this all-levels class. This class will allow students to play with new poses and transitions. As always students will be encouraged to take what they need. Traditional yoga props can be used to allow students to get deeper into poses


Tuesdays
Tai Chi for Health: Tuesdays: 9:15 AM - 10:00 AM   $5.00         Click Here to Sign Up
This class is geared toward those students with some experience in general tai chi basics.  Along with a meditative flow, this class will also integrate both the 9-Form and the 24-Form.

Yoga for Seniors: 
Tuesdays: 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM   $8.00        Click Here to Sign Up
Heather Gaussa Instructor: Mats will not be necessary. Yoga poses adapted to the chair provide opportunities for gentle stretching.
Some standing poses will be introduced to increase strength and balance, with the option to hold on to the back of the chair or remain seated. The 60-min class will begin with breathing/centering exercises seated in a chair.
​Cues will be given to align breath with movement. The class will move at a relaxed pace and is a great practice for beginner practitioners or students who’d like more support.


Wednesdays
Summer Sculpt and Flow Wednesdays 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM  $8.00         Click Here to Sign Up
Heather Gaussa Instructor:
Join Heather for this powerful, energetic vinyasa based practice, with light weights added throughout the class.
Sculpt and Flow brings strength training and low impact cardio together as you connect with the mind and body.
Students wind down in restorative poses.


Tai Chi Traditional Forms: Wednesdays 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM   $5.00      Click Here to Sign Up
All experience levels are welcome and you do not have to be present every week to experience the benefits of this class.
Students will focus on the traditional Yang-Style Forms (Sequences). such as the 9-Form and the 24-Form. Together we will explore a bit of the technical aspects of traditional tai chi along with its meditative properties.  Students will  also experiment with creating their own brief sequence of movements with an added musical or ambient sound background.


Yoga Warm-Up:  Wednesdays 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM   $8.00           Click Here to Sign Up
Instructor Jess Eddins: ​ This 45-min yoga class is designed to warm your body and build up to a slow flow. As the name suggests, our focus will be to create warmth while moving our bodies while discovering our flow state. We will have just a little heat added into our space to help you get there. This class is great if you are brand new to yoga or have an already established practice. Props will be used to invite ease into the shapes and assist student with deeper stretches.

Fridays

A Vinyasa Feel with a Slower Pace. All Levels Welcome
Heather Gaussa Instructor:
This class will have a typical vinyasa feel with a slower pace. You will move mindfully with the breath as you build strength and balance. In this class you will focus on moving slowly and powerfully as you deepen the breath. Modifications will be offered so that anyone can participate in this practice. This class is for you if you want to work on strength, balance and flexibility. You will leave this class feeling stronger and refreshed.

Students will train in all aspects of the TaijiFit teaching method. After completing all aspects of training students will be qualified to teach not only TaijiFit classes but also the Tai Chi for Veterans (TC4V) program. Class will also integrate both the 9-form and the 24-form.
