Core Connections (Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, other Martial Arts) – a different take on cross training that combines ancient practices that truly enhance the mind, body, mood, energy, and spirit connection Combined with YogaKick! - Kick start your yoga practice by combining classic yoga with cardio kickboxing and elements of mixed martial arts training.  Challenging, stimulating, and FUN! This fantastic workout experience promises to help you feel strong and fierce, but positive and relaxed. With an emphasis on increasing foundational strength, stability, coordination, and flexibility, the result is a happier, healthier, more centered you (75 min total)
