HIIT: Total Body Tune-Up with Heather Holtschlag
Prepare to work your entire body, from the ground up, in this primarily HIIT (high intensity interval training)-formatted class that will leave you feeling so good!  We will be working all of our muscles through a variety of strength and cardio training moves intensified with pulsing, tucking, holding and more! No two workouts will be the same, and we promise you will not be bored.
Come with weights (light and heavier, if you have them...we also have some weights nearby if you need them)...towels, mats, and your smile!
