I have been in the health and fitness field since the early 90’s. I started out as a Hospital Corpsmen/Combat Medic in the Navy.
I spent 15 years as a Chiropractic Assistant after leaving the Navy. Along the way I was fortunate to train and study under some of the most innovative and creative professionals in the fields of healthcare and fitness.
For the last 10 years I have focused on teaching others how to become more mobile, flexible and stronger. I have worked with all age groups from children to the elderly. I have also had the opportunity to work with collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes, military special forces, law enforcement and first responders, competitive CrossFitters, UFC fighters and pre/post-operative clients.
My classes will be a combination of different movement systems that have been created by healthcare professionals and fitness innovators.
The goal will be to optimize joint function, improve muscle quality, challenge the nervous system and to create maximum movement potential.

- Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Exercises created by Chiropractor Dr. Andreo Spina.
- M11 Myofascial Restorative Techniques created by fitness innovator Scott Kuhagen.
- ELDOA Method Myofascial Spinal Stretching created by world renowned Osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer.
- Stick Mobility using a specially designed apparatus to allow one to use leverage to get into intricate, deep stretches and create muscle recruitment.
