Jessica Eddins- RYT 200

After missing a cardio class, Jessica stumbled into a yoga studio and instantly fell in love. Little did she know how much of an impact yoga would have on her life: the mental focus, the clarity, the calmness. Yoga offered much more than just a physical workout.

Jessica dove deeper into the practice and philosophy of yoga; and in May of 2019 she completed her RYT 200 through the Om Lounge. Jessica is proficient in many styles including: Baptiste, Vinyasa Krama, Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Katonah. As a teacher, she incorporates elements of each to keep her students inspired and focused.

Jessica started her teaching career in studios as well as CCAC.  She works  full-time as a Victim Advocate for a Pittsburgh based non-profit. When she’s not working or teaching, Jessica loves chocolate, reading, and spending time with family and friends, but the best part of her day is coming home to her rescue pup—Miss Penny.
