My yoga practice began in 2014 when I took my first beginner yoga class at Unwind Yoga.  After practicing, taking classes of different styles, and becoming inspired by my instructors, I became certified at the 200-hour level from Open Way Yoga in 2016.

I am also graduating from Duquesne University in May 2020 with a BSBA in Economics and Entrepreneurship and have been using yoga to help me through stressful times at school.

I love all styles of yoga because I think that each has their own benefit both mentally and physically. My class is flow style and I focus on consistency and balance in all aspects of practice while being mindful of each student’s personal ability.

My goal is to help my students understand a little more about yoga through every class and be able to use yoga and meditation in their everyday lives. I hope my students are able to find peace through meditation in class and feel restored after every practice.
