Olivia Lindstrom is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance currently teaching in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

She specializes in Vinyasa Flow and alignment-based practices geared towards all bodies and experience levels.  She also teaches restorative, senior, and power yoga. 

Olivia is the founder and former president of the Yoga Club at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. 

Olivia now possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and proudly implements mental health practices into all of her teachings.  She is in the process of attaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and is constantly reviewing and editing her classes in order to best serve all body types, regardless of injury or disability.  

Currently, Olivia teaches at Three Treasures Health and Wellness and Blue Awning Yoga, as well as offering private one-on-one sessions.
