- 4:00 PM Happy Hour with Wine Tasting Begins - Everyone Welcome
- 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM ZEN & PEN/Visionary Theory: We begin with the creative power of journaling, doodling, sketching, stream-of-consciousness “Kylegio”ing; develop your own affirmations and Vision Board activity at the end Flowing into Shavasana. You may bring your own magazines or allow us to supply. (90-min approx)
- 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM GODDESS GROOVE/Vision Dance: Stretch Your Soul in this Traditional and Freestyle Yoga Dance Flow; includes Masculine / Feminine Energetic awareness and balance through yoga based movement meditation with creative freeform dance/movement (45 minutes – one hour)
- 7:30 PM - 8:15 PM Theory Meditation: You will be led in an evidence based Meditative Energetic awareness to enrich your health, body, mind spirit. (45 minutes)

(Beginners) The absolute best starting place for tai chi beginners who just want to experience the moves and the deep feeling of tai chi for the first time without the stress of memorizing a form. Just follow along. There are no limitations on age, experience, ability or mobility. Everyone is welcome
- 11:00 AM - Noon Drop Sound Yoga Donation Session with Jess
We are teaming up with Sweatnet Pgh to bring you Drop Sound Yoga.
Students will be given noise canceling headphones at entry. Each student will be able to control their own volume and Jess will lead you through a funky flow with new beats. Sound Quality is next level, Think silent disco meets your favorite fitness class. Sign up early to reserve your spot and Headphones!
12:30 PM - 1:45 PM Core Connections/YogaKick! (Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, other Martial Arts) – a different take on cross training that combines ancient practices that truly enhance the mind, body, mood, energy, and spirit connection and Kick start your yoga practice by combining classic yoga with cardio kickboxing and elements of mixed martial arts training. Challenging, stimulating, and FUN! This fantastic workout experience promises to help you feel strong and fierce, but positive and relaxed. With an emphasis on increasing foundational strength, stability, coordination, and flexibility, the result is a happier, healthier, more centered you (75 min total)

- 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Restorative Yoga Candlelight Acoustic Flow with Jess:
This class will give you all the those warm fall feelings.
Students can expect to spend more time in different asanas allowing the body to relax and go deeper with their breath. Props will be used so provide more comfort. Restorative yoga has the ability to reset the nervous system. This class is great for all levels as the pace is slower than a traditional yoga Flow class. A live music class is a great way to balance the mind and enhance the meditative aspects of your practice.

- HEPA Air Purifier with Medical Grade H13 HEPA Filter
- 9-Foot buffer between participants
- Temperatures will be taken upon entry
