I attended my first yoga my senior of college but it was in my mid 20s feeling career burnout that I bought a two-week intro deal at hot yoga and practiced everyday through it.

Linking movement and breath kept me calm during turbulent times off the mat.  Yoga’s role in my life expanded until an instructor at One Point One Yoga in Garfield announced they had 2 spots left in next month’s teach training.

I completed my 200-hour teacher training in April 2019.  Outside of the studio; I grew up in the South Hills- currently I live in Friendship, Pitt graduate-communication and rhetoric, and will be a licensed massage therapist in June 2020.

In my classes you can expect linking breath with movement, intention setting, and an offering of hands on assists.  Classes are welcoming to all experience and skill levels.
