Tai Chi in our Community
No experience necessary, just follow along and enjoy the journey.

Learn about the chemical, physiological, and neurological changes a body undergoes  through meditation.
Learn how to gently buffer that "Flight, Fight, or Freeze" response system.

Stress causes our adrenal glands to secrete the hormone cortisol. 
​The buildup of cortisol in our bodies is contributor to accelerated aging, a slowed metabolism and weight gain, high blood pressure and hypertension, auto-immune issues and chronic joint pain.

There is no routine or choreography to memorize.
Mats are not required as the class is conducted while standing or sitting in a chair. 
Mobility is not an issue, everyone is welcome.
