Team RWB's Eagle NamasDay
Saturday February 20th is Team RWB's annual yoga event, Eagle NamasDay, to highlight the health and wellness benefits of yoga for veterans.
Join us in person or over Zoom for 30 minutes of gentle yoga with Heather Gaussa, with an additional 10 minutes of easy tai chi.
Yoga can relieve stress and anxiety, improve flexibility and balance, increase strength, and so much more.
Veterans and supporters of all ability levels are welcome to choose a practice, poses, and participate in person or virtually!
Light refreshments will be served.
