  • Yoga Strength with Jess In-Studio or Live-Stream 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM​   Wednesday January 27
  • Yoga Creative Flow with Jess In-Studio or Live-Stream11:00 AM - Noon   Saturday January 23, and 30
Tai Chi
  • Tai Chi for Health In-Studio or Live-Stream Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM and Saturdays 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM

Studio Precautions
  • 1500 sq. ft. space limited to 12 participants 
  • 9-Foot buffer between participants 
  • HEPA Air Purifier with Medical Grade H13 HEPA Filter 
  • Temperatures will be taken upon entry 
  • Participants are asked to wear masks until they place their mat.  ​We have lightweight disposable masks for everyone at the front desk. ​

We ask that everyone registers beforehand whether you are choosing the In-Studio or Live-Stream option, as class sizes are limited.
(In-Studio classes are $8.00 and there is no charge for the Live-Stream option)

THREE TREASURES is offering free online yoga, tai chi, and stretching for mobility classes, 20-minutes each, three times a day. Now is the perfect to join the community.  Practice or take up yoga, investigate tai chi, get up and learn amazing things about how to increase mobility. All of these modalities are truly anti-aging practices.
